Golf Hall of Fame – Museum


has successfully moved from it’s old Oubaai location to it’s new V & A Waterfront home.
The museum was opened and officially launched by Gary Player, assisted by Cape Town’s Mayor Patricia De Lille and a host of golfing dignitaries and personalities attended this glittering event.
The museum is more “touch and feel” displaying golf clubs from the 1850’s, all the inductees from 2009 onward are displayed together with pictures and memorabilia of all kinds.
A gift and souvenir shop is also housed in museum; pictured here are Barry Cohen and Fred Haremza partners in this retail shop and very proud of the new home of the Golf Hall of Fame Museum.

This facility is a must see for all keen golfers.
The cost is R65.00 for adults, R 40.00 for children and seniors, and there are generous discounts for families, school and student groups, as well as touring parties.
